Whitehaven Gardens is a privately owned memorial park providing a properly maintained resting
place and services to our departed loved ones.

WHG is located in the province of Iloilo with branches in the towns of Lambunao, Leganes, Sta. Barbara and Zarraga area.

WHG offers the following amenities:

• fully landscaped  entrance facade,
• lavished green lawns,
• murals along the perimeter fence,
• perimeter lightings
• paved roads and walkways,
• concrete perimeter fence,
• multi- purpose pavilion,
• gazebo,
• underground drainage

• Lawn lots – 1-meter x 2.5 meters area
• Courtyard – 30 sq meters area
• Mausoleum ( Open Type) – 37.5 sq meters
• Mausoleum ( Close Type ) – 45.0 sq meters

• Premium Lots – Along the concrete walk way and can be purchased per block
• Deluxe Lots – Along the concrete walk way or shaded area and can be purchased per block or per lot
• Standard Lots – Inner lots and can be purchased per lot

Lot size is 1 meter x 2.5 meters

• Cash Basis discount of 7% on lot price
• Option for Installment Basis
  • a. Monthly installment from 1 to 5 years
  • b. 20% Downpayment, balance payable within 1 to 5 years.

It is a fund intended for the lifetime general maintenance of the lot. There is no need for a monthly payment For maintaining or cleaning your lot.

Send a copy of the deposit slip through email or messenger for validation. The receipt will be sent upon confirmation of payment.

A family member can fill up the Application Form and Purchase Agreement on your behalf, and once
the lot is fully paid, the Certificate of Ownership will be issued in your name.

Yes

A three percent (3%) interest will be charged for the first and second month of delay, and a twelve
Percent (12%) per annum interest in the succeeding months of delay.

There will be a rebate of interest if the total amount is fully paid before the contract period :
For a 1 year contract, a rebate is given if the lot is fully paid within 3 months, and for a 2 to 5 years
contract, a rebate is given if the lot is fully paid within 6 months.

A lawn lot can occupy 2 fresh bodies, or a fresh body and 4 bone remain, or 8 bone remains.

Disinterment of previously buried person is not allowed unless it will be transferred from lawn lots
to a mausoleum.

Only one marker is allowed per lot with a maximum of eight ( 8) names.

For lawn lots, a marble marker is used with a standard size of 40 cm x 60 cm x8 cm; mausoleum
owners have the prerogative to use marble, granite, or other materials for their marker.

Yes, a maximum of 2 bone remains can be included in the vault of a fresh body.

A bone vault can occupy 2 bone remains or an urn.

There are standard font styles to choose from. Please inquire with our staff for more details.

• Courtyard Type – Four niches are allowed with bone boxes depending on the design of the owner.
• Open Type Mausoleum – maximum of 9 niches with bone boxes.
• Close Type Mausoleum – maximum of 9 niches with bone boxes.

Promos are given during special days such as Holy Week, summer, rainy days, or Halloween.

Yes, there is a 20% discount for Interment fee of the deceased Senior Citizen.
